Client Account Manager (Childcare Business Growth)

Salary: Starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000 with guaranteed 12 month increase.

Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

Overview: Childcare Business Growth is seeking an individual with a passion for helping others. Experience in either a marketing / childcare teacher / account manager role is preferred but not essential. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with childcare business owners from around the world, advising and guiding them on how our range of services can help them grow their businesses. This is a dynamic position with international travel opportunities and the chance to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

Meet with childcare business owners via Zoom to understand their needs and challenges on a monthly basis and using this to strategize and plan out how we can help them.

Provide expert advice and guidance on how our services can support and enhance their business growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and resource.

Data reporting weekly, keeping spreadsheets up to date and client records.

Overseeing of tasks, set up and delivery using our Project Management software Click Up.

Reporting to the Operations Manager of account performance and relationships.

Overview of the CRM system used for communications to clients but also training and supporting clients in using their own version of the CRM tool.

Attend company events and conferences, both locally and internationally.

Collaborate with the team to identify new recommendations and contribute to the delivery of a high quality service.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for early years education and a desire to help childcare businesses succeed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

Flexibility to accommodate the needs of clients across different time zones when requested (e.g., early mornings for Australian clients, late evenings for USA and Canadian clients)

Bubbly personality and a natural ability to connect with people

Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and other relevant software
